This document provides districts, schools, and IEP teams policies and requirements that will govern the provision of accessibility supports for students participating in Oregon’s statewide assessments.
This page provides examples of promising practices for implementing various test administration and security requirements found in the Test Administration Manual. ODE is collaborating with districts from around the state to gather and share examples of promising test practices.
The primary purpose of this page is to communicate to educators, parents and students the implementation of the English Language Proficiency Assessment for the 21st Century (ELPA21). It also provides direct links to related web sites and documents.

This webpage is designed to assist District Test Coordinators (DTCs), School Test Coordinators (STCs), and Test Administrators (TAs) give valid and reliable state assessments in a timely and secure manner. Review test security policies outlined by ODE and download related forms (including Assurance of Test Security forms and a template for reporting test improprieties) are also available on this page.
